Mr. Smith's Balancing Shampoo is formulated to gently cleanse the hair and scalp. Jasmine and mandarin oils soften keratin and relax stressed hair. The scalp is soothed and the hair fibre cleansed of stubborn styling product residue from waxes and sprays. The result is hair that is left feeling silky and clean.

Key Ingredients

Shea Butter: Slows the aging process, restores hair elasticity and enriches the hair with nutrients. Contains vitamins A, C & E.

Avocado Oil: Nourishes the hair and stimulates circulation to the scalp to encourage new hair growth.

Hydrolysed Wheat Protein: Strengthens hair to provide shine and body. Conditions the hair cuticle to replenish moisture.

Mandarin Peel: High in vitamins and antioxidants to increase new hair growth and repair damaged cells.

Jasmine Oil: High in nutrients to deliver moisture to the hair cuticle. Controls frizz and fly aways.

Lime Oil: Cleanses the scalp by removing oil and product build up. Geranium: Nourishes hair to smooth and provides shine.

Patchouli Oil: Stimulates circulation to balance the scalp and hair follicle.

Directions

Apply to wet hair. Gently massage to lather, rinse and repeat.

How to Recycle

Once finished, our packaging can be recycled. Follow the steps below:

1. Remove pump

2. Rinse out bottle

3. Recycle the pump and bottle

Please note that recycling criteria varies across regions. Check with your local council on their specific recycling criteria before recycling your empty packaging.

I first met Mr Smith in a wonderful hotel in Sydney. We had a great time. My soft curls seemed to look better and not drop during the day. But was it the humidity or the fab shampoo and conditioner? So after many assignations in Sydney I bought the product and tested it in Adelaide. It turns out Mr Smith is as good in Adelaide and I get many more comments about my hair. The products clean but don’t leave residue. The conditioner is light but effective, and the scent always takes me back to our first meeting in Sydney. I have a crush on Mr Smith, and it’s not unrequited.

horrible bottle design

Shampoo is thinner, so not a big problem. But the cream rinses are so concentrated that even when the bottle is still half full the pump no longer works. And it is very difficult to get all the product out of the bottle. I'm hurting my hand BANGING the bottle to get it out. I normally cut a bottle open and scoop the remaining product out and put it in the next bottle. But that is impossible with the THICK plastic bottles you use. I need a saw to cut it open. Such a waste of our time and your product.

Pump broke

Tried to get in touch to get a replacement pump twice with no luck. So, took off 2 stars. Crappy customer service
