Loses emulsification after getting cold

I love this product and have been using happily on my curls for years now. Unfortunately, it has one major drawback. If the bottle gets cold (like 65 degrees F or below), the crème becomes de-emulsified and gets all clumpy. Even when soaking the bottle in hot water and rubbing the product in my hands, it still is somewhat clumpy and hard to use, with significant product falling off your hands into the sink of shower. It’s very frustrating as it’s a pricey product. I wish they would reformulate to be less cold-sensitive. Other than that, I love it.

Lumpy Weird Texture

I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or if it needs to be combined with water, but this is the weirdest texture curl cream I’ve ever seen. It’s sort of like flour mixed with water. It still seems to work, but you really need to rub it between your hands and if it’s too clumpy, I shake the bottle harder and try again. They really need to look at the formulation because I think something is off.
