Shipping

 

We currently are only able to ship orders within the contiguous United States of America.

 

We charge a flat fee of $9.95 for all of our orders.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement.* Please note this excludes public holidays and weekends.

*Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivered within 3 - 5 business days to metro areas.

Delivered within 8 business days to non-metro areas.

 

Shipping Delay Notice:
Please note that Scalp Soothe and Scalp Cleanse may experience a shipping delay of 3–5 business days due to high demand and limited stock availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Please note, orders containing aerosol products will experience slightly longer delivery times. This is because they are considered dangerous goods and must be shipped by road.*

*Our aerosol products are Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as an aerosol and will be posted accordingly.

 

 

What if I won’t be there to receive my order?

If there isn’t anyone available to take receipt of the package at the delivery address, you can have it left at your door by simply providing authority to leave at checkout. You can provide any instructions for delivery in the order notes field at checkout.

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We are only able to accept returns on products which are deemed faulty or damaged.
