For the VETEMENTS’ SS27, with Lead Stylist Pablo Kümin developed a series of looks that complemented the collection's exploration of the notions of androgyny. The boundary-pushing looks created, heroed soft, lived in textures with blended out ends. Recreate the hero runway style with key Mr. Smith products and techniques.
Prep. Start with Mr. Smith Primer, a lightweight mist to soften, smooth, prepare the hair for styling and prolong styles.
Build texture and hold by layering Mr. Smith’s The Foundation. Apply into the hands then gently work the product through the hair, enhancing the natural movement.
Shape the look by clipping the hair into a desired shape, with Mr. Smith Non-Marking Clips. Gently diffuse to create a soft, “dried-in” effect.
Texturise. When the hair is dry apply a light amount of Mr. Smith Dry Texture Spray for a lived-in look.
To finish, apply 1 - 2 of drops of Mr. Smith Serum, from mid lengths to ends, for added subtle separation.
